South Florida award winning events and entertainment producer Bobby Rodriguez brings Latin flavor to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino with the 22nd Annual Viva Broward Hispanic Heritage Festival, October 15-16, 2011. Saturday from Noon-Midnight and Sunday from 11am – 7pm outdoors at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino special events area.
Special Performance by Grammy Winner Nestor Torres, Tiempo Libre, The Bobby Rodriguez Orchestra, Sabor Latino, Tony Succar, Mala Morticia Carlos Oliva y Los Sobrinos del Juez, throughout the two-day event. Guests can dine on Latin food favorites, browse exhibit and crafter booths and dance to their favorite music. The festival will feature Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, Merengue, Charanga, Reggaeton, Latin Jazz, Danzon, Tango, Bomba, and Plena styles of music.
What began as a one day event in 1989 on Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale has become the signature celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in Broward County, Florida 22 years later! The 2011 Viva Broward Hispanic Festival will be held outside and throughout the Paradise Shops at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood FL.
