Booth:
10x10 Space. Generators MUST be silent and approved in advance. Water will be available. You MUST bring a clean, white hose for water plus hook-up. Fire extinguisher is mandatory subject to Fire Department approval.

Sales Tax:
Each vendor is responsible for collecting and paying their own Florida sales tax.

Drinks :
ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKS WILL BE SOLD BY VENDORS. Vendor will be shut down and will have no further involvement in the festival!

Cleanliness:
¡Viva Broward! organizers WILL HAVE THE RIGHT to reject any vendor for any cause, specifically booths that appear untidy or cause interference with other vendors. ALL VENDORS will serve food with plastic gloves. Proper refrigeration is required according to Health Department Rules and Regulations issued by festival. If additional foods are served that were not pre-approved, vendor will remove all unapproved food immediately.
